The first LIVE CRAFTS EVENT for children will be held in June in Seinäjoki!

Why?

When you travel to a trade fair, you have a lot of time to think and come up with ideas. At the spring trade fair, I noticed that there were unfortunately very few children among the visitors.

As a mother, I completely understand that it's nice to go to fairs with adults, but with children, learning about things on your own often becomes secondary.

However, I think that I myself became enthusiastic about crafts and arts and crafts as a child largely thanks to my grandmother, who persistently taught my left-handed child how to crochet and sew. I'm not entirely sure about paper crafts - I probably got into that through pen pals, of which there were a LOT back then! <3

What?

With these thoughts in mind, I started to wonder if I could organize an event for children where they could forget about their smart devices for a moment and give space to creativity?

Could I bring together children who love the same things and perhaps find pen pals, friends, or a craft club for each other into adulthood?

I don't know, but I decided to try!

Where?

Excitedly, I posted a craft event for kids in June 9-12 (because I know it's sometimes hard to come up with things for vacationers to do if the adults' vacations haven't started yet) here at my online store warehouse in Seinäjoki.

For the inspiration for the craft project that we will (hopefully) implement with our children , I would like to thank one of my lovely customers , who has often shared her own craft projects for my and my child's joy.

What are we doing?

During the craft week, we will build fun multi-layered surprise boxes with the children , inside of which a new surprise box is always revealed! We will also do many other inspiring things during the four-day craft week, more information in the product description here .

I'm anxiously waiting to see if there are any participants for my craft week. I hope so!

I can't wait to be allowed to endlessly spread out craft supplies, paper, and stickers in front of the children and give them time and ideas to realize their own creativity.
