How can I place an order?
You can place an order either as a registered customer or without registering. Add the products you want to your shopping cart and follow the ordering instructions.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, we always send an order confirmation to your email after ordering.
Delivery
Below are some of the common questions about orders
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders over €65, shipping is free. For orders under €65, shipping costs are:
- To the pick-up point: €6.90
- Home delivery: €9.90
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time after this:
- To the pick-up point: 1-3 business days
- Home delivery: 2-4 business days
Do you deliver abroad?
We currently only ship to Finland.

What payment methods do you use?
We use the Paytrail payment processing service, through which you can pay with online banking, payment card, MobilePay or Klarna.
When will the fee be charged?
Payment will be charged immediately upon ordering.
Returns
How long is your right of return?
The right of return is 14 days from receipt of the product.
Who pays for the return postage?
The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
How do I make a refund?
Please notify us of the return by email to tilaukset@fanoshop.fi. We will send you return instructions.
Production
Are the products in stock?
The products shown in the online store are generally in stock. If a product is out of stock, it will be announced on the product page.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include 25.5% VAT.
